I am a writer, therapist, and trainer, and the owner and principal of The UK College of Hypnosis & Hypnotherapy, one of the UK’s leading hypnotherapy training providers.  I’ve been a therapist for over fifteen years and have worked with a range of clients in different settings.  I’m a UKCP and EAP registered psychotherapist and a member of BACP, as well as being a registered hypnotherapist, specialising in evidence-based and cognitive-behavioural approaches to the treatment of anxiety, as well as in the study of hypnosis and philosophical approaches to therapy.  I’m also the director of Solutions™ London Cognitive Therapy Centre.
