Hypnotic Inductions, Deepeners and Tests

Course Overview

• The cognitive-behavioural theories of hypnosis.
• The role of the induction technique.
• Different types of induction technique.
• Turning the induction on its head.  An alternative cognitive-behavioural way of understanding the whole process.
• Hypnotherapy and self-hypnosis induction techniques.
• Hypnotic susceptibility tests and other measures.
• Skills training and practice in hypnosis.

Entry Requirements

This course is open to everyone. No previous experience or training is required. This course also forms a module of the Certificate Evidence-Based Hypnotherapy.
