CBT Self-Help Workshops
Building Emotional Resilience
This is a new self-help workshop designed for the general public. Anyone is welcome to attend, although it may also be of interest to qualified therapists.
Workshop Overview
- Introduction to cognitive-behavioural behavioural therapy (CBT) for self-help
- Developing awareness of thoughts, feelings, and actions
- Learning to challenge negative automatic thoughts
- Positive psychology and CBT
- Evidence-based approaches to building emotional resilience
- Problem-solving for overcoming adversity
- How to cope with worry and “thinking too much” about problems
(NB: We are constantly researching and improving our material. Hence, course content may be subject to change at the discretion of the college without prior notice. This information is provided as a typical example only.)

Entry Requirements
This course is open to everyone. No previous experience or training is required.
Course Fees
Course fees are £132. Bring a guest free of charge.
A 20% discount is available to UK College Diploma graduates or to those who have previously attended this workhop and wish to repeat it.
